Spring has Sprung

It’s still cold out but at the studio the spring energy is starting to show. We see more and more students showing up to practice in the mornings and we are so happy to get to experience this little community bloom.

All the teachers are leaving on a retreat in Sweden, which means that both studios will be closed for the weekend of March 30th & 31st. During these days we will hopefully have some construction work done in Nørrebro that needs to be done. When we get back to the city we are ready with som schedule changes that will come Into play from April 1st. We are trying out some 15.00 o’clock classes in Nørrebro as well as moving the Saturday classes forward an hour so the studio now opens at 9 instead of 10 on Saturdays. For more on this check the schedule.

We are still experiencing fully booked classes, so we kindly ask you to cancel your ‘sign up’ in good time if you realise you won’t be able to make it after all. Then someone else can have the spot.

Workshops, Events & Trainings

We are so excited to already be able to share these amazing workshops happening over the next couple of months. We will be adding even more events a long the way as we have them scheduled.

March 22nd - The Poetics of Grace
Finding Fluidity and Flow With David Kam

If asana were words, vinyasa is poetry. Join David in appreciating the journeying aspect of vinyasa, cultivating fluidity and ultimately ‘presence’ in practice.

March 23rd - The Courage in Curiosity
Hand Balancing for Everyone W. David Kam

This dynamic workshop invites us to face the volatile nature of fear through lots of exploring arm balancing and inversions, studying our responses towards risk-taking as a mirror to how we deal with challenges off the mat.

April 5th - New Moon Sound Bath & Yin Yoga
With Faye Baldwin and Aistle Venskune

A candlelit evening of magic dedicated to exploring the mind and body through the deep connection of therapeutic yoga and sound frequencies.

200 Hour Basic Teacher Training

We’ve had a lot of requests regarding a full teacher training which is why we are so happy to finally be able to start talking about it. We are in the middle of designing all the course materials for the full training, and are applying to have the training registered with Yoga Alliance. We know this isn’t that important in Denmark yet we find that it is a great stamp of approval internationally, which supports our greatly international pool of students potentially wanting to take their practice further. The training will run from September - December and is build up of a 12 day retreat and 5 weekends. Once the last details have been added and we have the registration taken care off we open up for sign ups, so stay tuned. If you have any questions already feel free to reach out to Nicolai Boas ( as he will be the head teacher on the training.
