Purchases
All purchases are made via your personal profile on our website. Please note that memberships, class passes, workshops, and events are non-refundable.
10-Class Pass
Our 10-class pass is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The pass is activated immediately upon purchase and is personal, meaning it cannot be shared with others. If you book a class and are unable to attend, you must cancel your booking at least two hours before the class starts. Failure to do so will result in the class being deducted from your pass.
5-Class Pass
Our 5-class pass is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The pass is activated upon purchase and is personal, so it cannot be shared with others. If you book a class and cannot attend, please cancel at least two hours before the start of the class. Otherwise, a class will be deducted from your pass.
Intro Pass – 3 Classes
The Intro Pass allows you to attend 3 classes within one month from the date of purchase. This pass is exclusively available for first-time visitors to the studio. It is personal and cannot be shared. If you cannot attend a booked class, cancel at least two hours before the class starts, or a class will be deducted from your pass.
Single Class
This option provides access to one class and is valid for three months from the date of purchase.
30-Day Unlimited Pass
This pass provides unlimited access to all classes for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you cancel a class less than 2 hours before the class starts, or if you do not show up for a booked class, you will lose one day from your 30-Day Unlimited Pass. This policy ensures fair access to classes for all members.
Membership
Membership gives you unlimited access to all classes at The Yoga Flat.
Memberships have a minimum commitment of 3 months, with automatic monthly payments.
You must remain a member for at least two months before canceling. After this period, you can cancel with one month's notice through your personal profile.
Your membership is activated upon purchase, and the first month is charged immediately. Subsequent payments will be automatically debited on the same date each month.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership in your account. Memberships can be cancelled with one full month’s notice plus the current month.
This means your membership will remain active until the end of the following full billing month after you give notice.
Membership Pause Policy
Memberships can now be paused by contacting info@yogaflat.com.
A pause fee of DKK 125 applies. During the pause period, all payments are frozen until the selected reactivation date of your membership.
Personal Data
We collect and process personal data, such as your name, email address, and any information you provide when creating a profile or signing up for our newsletter. These details are used to manage your membership, provide you with an overview of your practice history, and tailor marketing to suit your preferences.
Security
We have implemented technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or accidental loss.
Data Sharing
We use third-party service providers to store and process data. These providers act on our behalf and comply with GDPR regulations.
Your Rights
