1. VAT, Yoga Services & Age Rules
All services are provided in Denmark and subject to Danish VAT legislation (Momsloven).
According to current Danish rules for sports, fitness, and physical training services:
Participants aged 30 and above are charged 25% VAT.
Participants under 30 years of age may receive yoga services VAT-exempt, where permitted by Danish law.
Age is determined at the time of purchase or registration. We reserve the right to request valid documentation to apply VAT correctly.
Prices are displayed either including or excluding VAT, depending on the service and the participant’s age.
Any future changes to Danish VAT legislation will be applied automatically.

3. Purchases
All purchases are made via your personal profile on our website.
Please note that memberships, class passes, workshops, events, and deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits for trainings or workshops are binding and non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or non-attendance.
4. Class Passes & Validity
10-Class Pass
Valid for 6 months from purchase
Activated immediately
Personal and non-transferable
Late cancellation (less than 2 hours before class) or no-show results in one class being deducted
5-Class Pass
Valid for 6 months
Activated immediately
Personal and non-transferable
Late cancellation or no-show results in one class being deducted
Intro Pass – 3 Classes
Valid for 1 month from purchase
Available to first-time visitors only
Personal and non-transferable
Late cancellation or no-show results in one class being deducted
Single Class
Valid for 3 months from purchase
30-Day Unlimited Pass
Unlimited access for 30 days from purchase
Late cancellation or no-show results in one day being deducted
This policy ensures fair access to classes for all members.
5. Membership
Membership includes unlimited access to all classes at The Yoga Flat.
Minimum commitment: 3 months
Automatic monthly payments
Membership activates immediately upon purchase
First month is charged on purchase date
Subsequent payments are charged monthly on the same date
Membership can be cancelled after a minimum of 2 months, with one full month’s notice, via your personal profile.
A late cancellation or no-show fee of 50 DKK (incl. VAT) applies.
The cancellation window is 2 hours before class start.
6. Membership Cancellation
Memberships must be cancelled via your personal account with one full month’s notice, plus the current billing period.
Your membership remains active until the end of the following full billing month.
7. Membership Pause
Memberships may be paused by contacting info@yogaflat.com
Pause fee: 155 DKK incl. VAT
Payments are frozen during the pause
Membership resumes automatically on the agreed date
8. Delivery of Services
Classes and services are delivered as described at the time of booking (in-studio or online).
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to schedules, teachers, locations, or class formats.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
This right does not apply if:
The service has started with your consent
A class, workshop, or event has been attended
Digital content has been accessed
10. Complaints
You have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with Danish law.
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time and sent to info@yogaflat.com
11. Liability
Participation in classes and activities is at your own responsibility.
The Yoga Flat ApS cannot be held liable for injuries or losses, except where required by mandatory Danish law.
12. Personal Data & Privacy
We process personal data such as name and email to manage memberships, bookings, and communication.
Data is handled securely and in compliance with GDPR.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@yogaflat.com

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled by Danish courts.
