In this workshop, we will target on one of the most used and exposed joints in our body. We will learn how to release tension, to increase mobility, as well as stabilizing and strengthening the shoulder joint.
This workshop incorporates self-massage techniques using a variety of Roll Model® Therapy Balls and movement-based session loaded with out-of-the box moves.
