300-hour Advanced yoga Teacher Training
Yoga Alliance Credited
With lead trainers Sarah Emilie Boas, Nicolai Boas & Cédric Gorinas & Guests
Our 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is designed for teachers who want to deepen their knowledge, refine their teaching, and develop the skills to confidently teach advanced yoga in a wide range of settings.
Primarily taught by Nicolai Boas, Cédric Gorinas & Sarah Emilie Boas, the training explores advanced anatomical biomechanics and physiological understanding, asana technique, sequencing, breathwork and meditation, alongside an in-depth exploration of applied yoga philosophy and self-study.
A strong focus is placed on teaching methodology, teaching technique, mentoring, personal growth and shadow work. We develop the practical skills needed to design and teach advanced yoga classes, private sessions, events and retreats, while exploring how to communicate effectively, make informed teaching choices, and adapt your approach to specific groups and individual needs. Alongside developing teaching skills, the training offers space for deeper self-inquiry, personal development and embodied exploration.
The training also introduces the foundations of Ayurveda and yoga therapy, while special guest teachers are invited to share their expertise and offer additional perspectives from within and beyond the traditional yoga framework.
This is a training for teachers ready to go deepen - not only into the practice of yoga, but into the craft, responsibility and creativity of teaching it.
Who can join?
This training is for yoga teachers who already have a foundational understanding of yoga and are ready to deepen their knowledge, teaching skills and personal practice. To join, you should have completed a Yoga Alliance–certified foundational teacher training or an equivalent education, and preferably have some experience teaching basic yoga classes.
You do not need to belong to a particular yoga tradition or teaching style, nor do you need to have an advanced or highly physical personal practice. What matters is a genuine curiosity to explore yoga more deeply, develop your understanding of the body, mind and practice, and grow as a teacher.
The training is suitable for teachers looking to expand their teaching beyond the basics, develop greater confidence and precision, and explore how to work with more advanced students, private clients, groups, events and retreats.

& Details
Module 1
Opening Retreat
March 5th - 12th
The training begins with a 7-day residential retreat in Gudmindrup, bringing the group together to establish the foundation for the journey ahead.
We know that participants will arrive with different backgrounds, experiences and approaches to yoga. The retreat is therefore an opportunity to create a shared foundation and develop a common language and understanding that we can build upon throughout the training. Through practice, teaching, discussion and exploration, we will begin to find a coherent common ground while still allowing space for the individual perspectives and experiences each participant brings.
Beyond establishing the academic and practical foundation of the training, the retreat is also about connecting as a group. Spending seven days together creates the time and space to get to know one another, build trust and create the community that will support the training throughout the year.
The retreat is an all-inclusive residential stay, with accommodation, meals and the full retreat programme included.
Module 2
Technique & Applied Physiology and Anatomy
April 3rd & 4th, April 17th & 18th and May 1st & 2nd
The first module runs across three weekends, with teaching on Saturdays and Sundays from approximately 9:00–18:00. The module is designed to deepen your understanding of anatomy and physiology in relation to yoga, while developing the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical teaching context.
We will explore the body and its systems in greater depth, building on the anatomical foundations of a basic teacher training and developing a more nuanced understanding of movement, biomechanics, physiology and individual variation.
A central focus is learning how to translate this understanding into teaching: how we can observe and work with different bodies, adapt techniques and approaches, and make informed choices depending on the individual, the group and the style or intensity of practice being taught.
The aim is not simply to know more about anatomy, but to develop the tools and confidence to use anatomical and physiological understanding as an integral part of intelligent, adaptable and inclusive teaching.
Module 3
Advanced Sequencing
May 14th-17th
Over four days during the Pinse holiday, we will explore how to expand and refine your sequencing skills, developing greater creativity, adaptability and freedom in your teaching.
We will work with the principles behind creating thoughtful and engaging classes across different styles, themes and levels of practice. Rather than relying on fixed formulas or predetermined sequences, the focus will be on understanding how to build practices that have purpose, progression and coherence while still leaving room for creativity.
A central part of the module is developing the ability to teach more freely — to move beyond simply remembering a sequence and instead respond to the room, the students and the moment. Through exploration and practice, we will work towards greater confidence in making choices, adapting sequences and allowing the teaching to unfold more organically.
The aim is to give you both the tools and the freedom to create intelligent, creative and inspiring practices for a wide variety of students and contexts.
Module 4
Deepened Philosophy
June 5th-6th
This module combines two days dedicated to the foundational principles of Ayurveda with a weekend exploring yoga philosophy in greater depth.
In the Ayurveda component, we will be introduced to the fundamental principles of this traditional system and explore how they can be understood and applied in everyday life. We will also look at how Ayurvedic perspectives can inform our approach to yoga teaching, from the way we structure practices to how we consider the individual needs and circumstances of different students.
The philosophy weekend takes us deeper into the philosophical foundations of yoga. Building on the understanding established during foundational teacher training, we will explore key concepts and teachings in greater depth and consider how they can be studied, questioned and applied both on and beyond the mat.
Together, the module invites us to broaden our understanding of yoga as a holistic practice - connecting philosophy, lifestyle, self-study and teaching in a way that is relevant to contemporary life.
Module 5
Meditation & Breathwork
September 10th-12th & September 24th-26th
This two-weekend module offers a deeper exploration of breathwork and meditation, with a focus on developing both personal practice and the ability to integrate these tools into teaching.
The course runs from Friday 15:00–18:00 and Saturday and Sunday 9:00–18:00 on both weekends. We will explore a range of breathwork practices and meditation techniques, looking at their effects on the body, nervous system and mind, as well as the principles behind working with them safely and effectively.
Through both practice and theory, we will develop a more nuanced understanding of how breath and meditation can be used as powerful tools for regulation, awareness, concentration and transformation. We will also explore how to teach and adapt these practices to different students, needs and contexts.
The intention is to move beyond simply learning techniques and towards a deeper embodied understanding of breathwork and meditation - allowing participants to develop their own practice while gaining the confidence and understanding to share these tools with others.
Module 6
Teaching Technique & Exams
October 25th-30th
The final module runs from Monday to Saturday and brings the training together in a final week of practice, exploration and integration.
Throughout the week, we will work with advanced asana technique, teaching methodology and different approaches to practice, while drawing inspiration from a variety of teachers, traditions and perspectives. The focus is on bringing together the knowledge and tools developed throughout the training and exploring how they can become part of each participant’s own teaching and practice.
The week also includes the final examination, providing an opportunity to demonstrate and reflect on the knowledge, skills and teaching abilities developed throughout the training.
We finish the week by celebrating the completion of the journey together with a graduation, marking the transition from the training into the continued development of each participant as a teacher.
