Roll & Release
Gentle Yoga & Self-Massage
with Sarah Bay
Start 2027 by giving your body and mind a little time to unwind.
Sarah Bay is back with her annual Roll & Release workshop! Returning with this much-loved workshop for another year of releasing tension, slowing down and giving your body and nervous system a chance to fully relax.
In this 3-hour workshop with Sarah Bay, we will combine the releasing techniques of self-massage with therapy balls with a gentle Yoga practice specifically designed to create a deeply relaxed state in your body, brain and nervous system.
The focus is to unwind unnecessary tension in the parts of your body that are overworking, so you can fully let go and allow yourself to simply be.
Who is it for?
This workshop is for anyone who tends to experience tension, stiffness and restrictions in their body and who is looking to begin 2027 with a little relaxing retreat for body, mind and soul.
Experience with Yoga may be helpful but is not required. The most important thing is to be willing to slow down and do less.
What can you expect?
Self-massage with therapy balls to help release tension stored throughout your body.
A gentle Yoga practice combined with breathwork to create a true sense of ease and relief.
A relaxing wind-down at the end of the practice, using therapy balls to release any remaining tension before moving into a deeply restful state with a nourishing Yoga Nidra practice.
Exercises you can take home and incorporate into your daily routine to continue creating a profound sense of relaxation in your body, brain and nervous system.

About Sarah:
Sarah began her yoga practice in 2001, introduced to Yoga by her grandmother. Since then, Yoga has been an important part of her life and a trusted tool for finding balance between body and mind.
Her teaching is influenced by various styles, including Anusara, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar and Restorative Yoga. With a particular interest in body awareness, mindful movement and the balance between effort and ease, Sarah creates classes that encourage students to slow down, release tension and find greater ease in both body and mind.
After moving to San Francisco in 2014, where she studied with her teachers and began teaching, Sarah returned to Denmark in the summer of 2020.
