This session will focus on your hips.
You will be guided throught a 2.5 hour workshop to both mobilize AND stabilize the hip joints. This intention of this session is to create more awareness of the largest joints in the human body, release the myofascial knots that are preventing us from experiencing the full range of motion and to liberate the movement while cultivating stability and strength.
The session will include a long guided meditation.
The workshop is open to all levels of experience and will be held in English.

Elena Mironov is a Zürich based international yoga and meditation teacher, author and composer. For more than 11 years she has been teaching on 5 continents, has led over 37 yoga and meditation retreats in Europe, Africa, Asia, Iceland and Central America
Elena has taken over 800h of Yoga Alliance certified teaching trainings, and she is an expert in Ayurveda, elemental vinyasa and yoga nidra.
Her classes are characterised by warmth, safe alignment, focus on breath initiated movement and the experience of flow as well as a playful and uplifting approach.
