Leah Wrobel
Yoga Therapy · Pelvic Floor Health · Somatic Healing

Leah offers one-to-one yoga therapy sessions that combine pelvic floor health, somatic awareness, and functional movement. These sessions are especially supportive for those experiencing pelvic floor imbalance (such as pain, weakness, or tension), postnatal recovery, or the lasting effects of trauma. Each session may include breathwork, movement, guided relaxation, and education about the body—always tailored to the individual and offered at a pace that feels safe and empowering. The focus is not on being “fixed” from the outside, but on cultivating awareness, trust, building true strength and healing from within.

With over 22 years of teaching experience, Leah has also supported students recovering from shoulder injuries, debilitating sciatica, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, scoliosis and more. She regularly works one-to-one with people in demanding jobs who may need the outlet of an energizing, dynamic practice at times, and at other times something restorative and deeply calming. Her background as a professional dancer, advanced yoga teacher, and specialist in pelvic health and pranayama allows her to move fluidly between therapeutic approaches and advanced asana, always with curiosity and care for the individual in front of her.
