50-Hour Meditation & Breath Work Training
Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP)
With lead trainers Sarah Emilie Boas & Cédric Gorinas
This 50-hour training invites you to slow down, turn inward, and explore the powerful practices of meditation and pranayama. The focus of the program is seated meditation, supported by breathwork and theory from ancient yoga philosophy and modern science, so you can cultivate both a deeper personal practice and the tools to share it with others.
It is open to everyone — yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners alike. While no prior teaching experience is required, we warmly recommend that you already have some experience with meditation, as we will go beyond the very basics.

Meet the Teachers
Cédric Gorinas, PhD
Cédric is a dedicated meditation teacher with more than twelve years of experience guiding students in mindfulness, pranayama, and yoga. Drawing from a background in academic research, body-based psychotherapy, and various somatic modalities, he teaches with a deep interest in how awareness practices affect both mind and body. His teaching style is calm and precise and bridges ancient yogic traditions with modern psychology and science. Cédric trained with internationally recognized meditation and mindfulness teachers, and his approach is firmly rooted in the belief that meditation is both a practice of presence and a tool for transformation.
Sarah Emilie Boas
Sarah Emilie has explored the potential of breath and meditation for more than 16 years and worked with individual clients and groups for the last 8 years. In addition to teaching yoga for nearly a decade, she is trained in Source Process & Breathwork Therapy, guiding students through deep, transformative processes. As co-owner of The Yoga Flat, she brings warmth, compassion, and a wealth of experience to her teaching, blending meditation, pranayama, and breathwork into accessible, powerful practices for daily life.
