50-hour technique and theory on building intelligent yoga classes for teachers and yogageeks alike

This immersion is for yoga teachers who want to develop their range of freedom in teaching.

By getting more knowledge on how to sequence poses it supports the teacher to create yoga classes that invites the students deeper in to their practice.

What can you expect to work with:

What sequencing is and why it is important
The structure of a yoga class and how to move beyond this structure
Building a yoga class around peak poses or peak flows
How to incorporate the non-physical aspects of the practice into a class (philosophy & Subtle body)
Understanding the physiology and biomechanics behind poses
Creating theme oriented classes as well as classes on specified levels.
Sequencing for flow/vinyasa based practices & for static/hatha and technically driven and classes
How to best mix traditions and find your own personal sequencing style.

Expect to fully dedicate all 6 days to the course and there will be small homework exercises
