Soft Summer Release
Gentle Yoga and self-massage workshop
with Sarah Bay
As we move toward the slower rhythms of summer, join Sarah Bay for a 3-hour workshop designed to help you downshift, recharge, and release built-up tension from both body and mind. In this workshop, we’ll combine the soothing techniques of self-massage with therapy balls together with a gentle yoga practice. Our focus will be on softening areas where stress and tension often linger - including the shoulders, chest, diaphragm, back, hips, and jaw — creating more space for easeful breath, lightness, and relaxation. This is your invitation to move into the summer season feeling more connected, relaxed, and refreshed from within.
