Fascia Movement Workshop

An Embodied Introduction to FAMO

With Hrönn Kold Sigurðardóttir

This 2.5-hour workshop offers an embodied introduction to FAMO (Fascia Movement) as a complement to yoga and other dynamic movement practices.

The focus is not on understanding fascia conceptually, but on experiencing how different qualities of movement influence the body — such as elasticity, glide, responsiveness, and adaptability.
Through conscious, rhythmic, and multi-directional movement in both standing and grounded positions, participants explore how the way they move can enhance the functional qualities of the fascial system.

The workshop supports vitality, resilience, and ease in movement, offering a directly felt experience that can enrich both yoga practice and everyday life.
It is an ideal entry point for anyone who is curious about FAMO and wants to experience the practice before joining a regular class.
