This weekend, as Copenhagen celebrates Pride and the freedom to express who we truly are, we invite you to a different kind of celebration—an inner journey through movement and music. Join us for a magical evening of Ecstatic Dance: a freeform, conscious movement experience where you can simply be yourself.
This is a journey guided by an intentional music set designed to gently awaken the body, open the heart, and move energy. It’s a silent, sober, and non-judgmental space — an invitation to express yourself fully, release what no longer serves, and reconnect through pure movement.
Everyone is welcome, just as they are.
Our Journey Together
We begin in stillness, seated in a circle, with a guided chakra meditation to help us settle and bring awareness to our physical and energetic bodies. This grounding moment helps us land fully in ourselves and set personal intentions for the movement to come.
From there, we transition into a journey of intuitive, conscious movement. There are no steps to follow, no choreography — just your body, your breath, and the rhythm. Whether your movement is soft and subtle or bold and expansive, this space is here for you to feel, express, and release.
This is not about performing — it’s about presence. It’s about listening to your body and letting it guide you through joy, stillness, emotion, and freedom.
We’ll close the evening in stillness with a deep rest in Savasana, allowing space to integrate your experience, return to your breath, and soften into yourself.

About Ana Carla
With a 200-hour YTT foundation in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, completed in Goa, India, Ana loves creating flows that are both playful and strong. Her classes are designed to invite deep connection with the body while encouraging mindfulness and awareness. Her teaching is inspired by everyday life, whether it's an invitation to open the heart or a gentle guide to release emotions and tension that no longer serve. She aims to hold space where movement becomes a form of meditation, helping to quiet the mind and cultivate connection.
In her classes, technical guidance is combined with a sense of ease, allowing students to fully experience the benefits of each asana. Some sessions focus on specific areas of the body for deeper release, while others introduce challenges through strength, balance, and playful peak poses. With a background in music and a career as a DJ, Ana thoughtfully curates playlists that support inner connection and enhance the rhythm of the practice.
Her hope is that each student leaves feeling more grounded, open, and alive—carrying that sense of presence both on and off the mat.
