Just before the year turns, you are invited to pause, breathe, and gently align yourself with what truly matters. Art of Stillness is an afternoon to soften, listen inward, and set a clear intention for 2026 – not as a resolution, but as a direction carried from within.
During 3 hours, Magnus guides you through Yoga Sangraha (a form of hatha yoga), breathwork, and various forms of meditation. Through simple movements, conscious breath and unhurried stillness, we soothe the nervous system, release mental tension and open the door to deeper clarity and states of stillness.
This practice is not about how flexible you are or how a posture looks. It is about arriving in your body, releasing what is heavy, and touching the quiet ground beneath all thoughts.
