Arm Balances with Nicolai

Bring some extra fire, playfulness and curiosity into your practice.

Arm balances are an invitation to explore what’s possible when strength, focus and a little bit of courage come together. They can challenge you, surprise you and bring a playful quality to your practice. There’s always another variation to discover, another transition to explore and another way to approach a pose.

In this 2-hour workshop with Nicolai, you’ll dive deeper into the world of arm balances and develop the strength, technique and confidence to take your practice further.

About the workshop

Nicolai will guide you through a range of arm balances, exploring different variations, techniques and transitions. You’ll work with:

  • Drills and skills to build strength and confidence

  • Technique and alignment

  • Different arm balance variations

  • Transitions between arm balances

  • Individual guidance to help you progress

The workshop is designed to give you practical tools you can take back to your regular practice, while leaving plenty of room to experiment, play and discover what works for your body.

Who can join?

This workshop is for students who already feel comfortable being on their hands and have some experience with arm balances. It’s a chance to deepen your practice, challenge yourself and explore new possibilities in your asana practice.

Come ready to play, explore and get a little stronger along the way.
