Yoga therapy blends the ancient wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda with the science of health and wellness. It takes a holistic view of the body, mind and heart, and allows the practitioner to address the full scope of their health and wellness. 

The practice of Yoga Therapy creates a bridge between yoga and health care by integrating yoga philosophy, multiple assessment methods, and the application of therapeutic yoga techniques. This gives the yoga therapist the ability to meet the specific needs of the client.

Yoga therapy has been demonstrated to effectively address a wide variety of wellness concerns, such as:

– back and other chronic pain, 

– chronic illness

– digestive disorders

– sleep disorders

– stress

– anxiety 

– depression

– pre- and postoperative care

– injury recovery

– many other health related conditions.

I have worked with many clients suffering from chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

We will work together to create holistic practices, tailored to your goals and unique constitution, and that you can realistically fit into your everyday life.

When working with me you will feel safe, seen and heard, as we develop a relationship of trust. I will meet you where you are with empathy, and provide support, appropriate tools, and encouragement to help you reach your life goals, whichever they are.

Price: (75 mins) – 800 kr

I also offer the following packages (please note that 5 sessions is a good amount to budget for to start to see some real progress):

5 sessions (1st session is 75 minutes and the following sessions are 60 minutes) – 3.375 kr. (15% discount) – valid 12 months.

10 sessions (1st session is 75 minutes and the following sessions are 60 minutes) – 6.000 kr (25% discount)- valid 18 months.

About Lauriane Camus

Lauriane is a hiolistic coach, Yoga Alliance Certified yoga teacher (CYT 500), and International Association of Yoga Therapist Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT 1000).

She approaches health and wellness with a holistic view, and uses the tools of yoga, self care and nutrition to help her clients reach their life goals, and take better control on and ownership of their health, well being and lifestyle.

Lauriane came to yoga over a decade ago and after her second boy was born, she dropped an office job in order to work with health and wellness full time. She constantly takes additional education about yoga, health and wellness.
