During the 8 session you will learn how to move your body safely and wisely during your pregnancy. You will get more familiar with your breath and how to use it. You will get to know poses that create space for you and your baby. And most importantly it is a place when you get to be pregnant and do yoga with other mothers to be.
This course is 8 monday mornings from the beginning of October till the middle of December. You can join this course from the day you have a positive pregnancy test, but you will probably get more out of the course, when you are past the first trimester.
Experience with other forms of yoga is not required to be able to benefit from these classes – just like it is never too late in the pregnancy to begin prenatal yoga.
There will be no classes on the 15th of October and the 5th of November.
