Are you ready to take your practice to the next level?

The Yoga Flats Teacher Training is both for those wishing to teach and those wanting to take their practice further. Taking this course you will get all the tools you need to be able to start a teaching practice. And a teacher training can be a great way of diving deeply into Svadhyaya (self study). All in all a teacher training, if you want to teach or not, can be a truly transformative and life changing experience.

The training is build up over six moduls that runs for the duration of two and a half month with one 11 day retreat and five full weekends

After finishing this training you are eligible to registre with Yoga Alliance as a RYT-200 witch can be used all over the world. We have designed the training to fit the standarts of Yoga Alliance and will provide you with all the basic skills and primary knowledge needed to teach a basic and mixed level yoga class.

The training will bare traces of many different yoga traditions within Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, and we believe that we have created a truly rich and great program.

The primary teacher at the training will be Co-founder and Teacher at The Yoga Flat Nicolai Boas supported by Jacqueline Albers, Sarah Emilie Boas and other guest teachers.

To be eligible to apply for a spot on the training all you need is a relatively regular and strong practice as well as the willingness to explore and share with others in a community build up around the passion for yoga.

To apply, send an email to Sarah Emilie at sarah@yogaflat.com with your application stating 1. Your reason for wanting to do this training 2. Your primary style of practice, with whom and where. 3. For how long and how often you practice. Please provide us with a photo of reference too make it easier for us to put a face to the name.
